1. Data controller
The data controller is BALI BLUE SL, Tax ID B53549945, with registered address at Av. del Port, 7, 03570 Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain. For any data protection matter please contact [email protected].
2. Data we process
This website has no contact forms or user registration and does not collect or store personal data from its visitors.
When a user clicks links to external services (Google Reserve for bookings, WhatsApp for enquiries, Google Maps, social media), it is the relevant provider who processes the user’s data under their own policies. BALI BLUE SL does not receive or store such data on this site.
If a user makes a reservation or contacts us directly via phone, WhatsApp or email, the data provided (name, phone number and, where applicable, date and party size) is used solely to manage the reservation or answer the enquiry, and is retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
3. Legal basis
Where direct contact occurs, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of BALI BLUE SL in managing customer relationships.
4. Disclosure to third parties
BALI BLUE SL does not disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law. The external services linked from this site (Google, Meta, etc.) are independent controllers for any processing they carry out.
5. Retention
Data associated with a reservation or enquiry is retained for the time needed to manage it and, thereafter, for the legally required periods to address potential liabilities.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD, any individual may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing [email protected], clearly stating the right being exercised and including a copy of an identification document.
7. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
